How to install Billora Wall

The setup includes everything required. You do not need to install .NET separately.

Download the official installer

Use the installer button above and wait for BilloraWallSetup.exe to finish downloading.

Run as administrator

Double-click the file and select Yes when Windows asks for administrator approval.

Review the setup

Click Next, review the license, and keep the recommended C:\Program Files\Billora Wall location.

Enter registration information

Provide the company name, registered email, Billora website URL, and phone number. These details connect the computer to the correct company.

Choose shortcuts and install

Optionally create a desktop shortcut, click Install, and allow setup to complete its validation.

Open and approve the device

The Windows service starts immediately. Open Billora Wall from the Start Menu, then ask your BilloraPro administrator to approve the new device if approval is pending.

Before you begin

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit.
  • Administrator permission for installation.
  • Stable internet access to securewall.billorapro.in.
  • Your registered company details and website URL.

Upgrade or repair

Download and run BilloraWallUpdater.exe as administrator. It checks SecureWall for the latest verified BWU package, backs up the current installation, preserves device identity and approval, applies the update, and validates the service.

Use the updater for an existing installation. Do not uninstall or re-register the device before upgrading.

Uninstall or completely remove

Choose the removal method based on whether this computer may be reinstalled later.

Standard Windows uninstall

Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps, find Billora Wall, and choose Uninstall. By default, device identity and customer information remain in C:\ProgramData\BilloraWall for a future reinstall.

Complete uninstaller

The separate uninstaller removes the device from SecureWall, stops and deletes services, closes the tray app, and removes shortcuts, application files, registry entries, and ProgramData. This cannot be undone.

If SecureWall cannot confirm device removal, local identity is preserved so removal can be safely retried.

Verification and troubleshooting

Use these checks if setup does not finish or the device remains offline.
